89三重钻头是装在钻杆的下端，钻头顶端镶有合金，便于钻杆的钻进，钻头的筒体两侧装有两个喷嘴，喷嘴直径早1.6~3.0mm之间，在喷嘴周围装有环状气喷嘴，保证浆气同轴喷射。在刀头体上安装了三个单重喷嘴用来喷射高压水。对于某些软地质结构一空到底后，无需更换钻头，即可进行慢慢提升旋喷，提高工作效率。
